Green Chilli & Pineapple splash
Here’s a great welcome drink that’s cost effective during Ramadan. Pineapple is refreshing, and the chili adds another level to the flavour. See the recipe below!
Ingredients
10 portions
Method:
Sugar 250 g
Water 1.20 l
Pineapple, cubes, frozen 700 g
Green chili, finely chopped 5 g
Preparation
Method:
Bring sugar, water and Knorr Lime Seasoning to a simmer.
Dissolve sugar to create a sugar syrup.
Allow to cool down.
In a bar blender add pineapple chunks and chili.
Top up with sugar syrup and blend. Ready to serve.
