Gochujang Mayonnaise;
Gochujang (chatta halabiye) 12.50 g
Prepare the Pickled Red Onions:
Red onion, julienne 30 g
Cabbage julienne 20 g
Sugar 3 g
Salt, kosher 3 g
Apple cider vinegar 50 g
Prepare the Burger:
Pepper jack cheese, slices 1 pc
Pickled Red Onion, prepared 50 g
Cilantro 25 g
Hamburger buns, toasted 1 pc
Gochujang Mayonnaise 40 g
Lamb, patties 1 pc
Beef, patties 1 pc

Preparation
Gochujang Mayonnaise;
Combine Best Food Real Mayonnaise with Gochujang paste.
Prepare the Pickled Red Onions:
Bring all ingredients except the onions and cabbage to a boil.
Remove from heat and add vegetables.
Allow to cool at room temperature, strain and chill.
Prepare the Burger:
Season and cook patties to desired temperature.
Spread Gochujang Mayonnaise on buns.
Build the burger with remaining ingredients.
